Workout logging
Log your sets without breaking your flow
The workout screen is the one you look at between sets, hands sweaty and out of breath. It is built for that: one line per set, what you did last time right next to it, and a check mark to confirm.
Free, with unlimited workouts.
What you did last time, on every line
The LAST column recalls your previous performance set by set: 80 kg × 8, × 12 for bodyweight, 45 s for a plank. No digging through your history to know what to beat.
You choose what it compares against: your last workout across all templates, or the last time you ran this exact template. Handy when the same exercise shows up in a heavy day and a light day.
Sets that say what they are
One tap on a set's pill changes its type: normal, warm-up, to failure or drop set. Warm-up sets are counted separately: they inflate neither your volume nor your muscle distribution.
The right columns for each exercise
- load and reps for barbells, dumbbells, machines and cables;
- reps only for bodyweight or resistance bands;
- +kg for weighted pull-ups or dips, −kg for assisted versions;
- distance and time for cardio, seconds for isometric holds.
A workout that follows what happens at the gym
Machine taken? Swap the exercise without losing your place in the workout. You can also reorder with a long press, add or remove sets and exercises, and leave a note on an exercise (a seat setting, a cue) that comes back every workout.
A bar at the top of the screen shows your progress, one block per exercise. And if you need to answer a message, the workout shrinks into a mini bar; it even survives the app being closed.
