Screens
Four screens to guide you through your workout.
Home
The home screen shows your progress for the week and lets you start your next workout in one tap. No menus to dig through, no setup before you start.
During the workout
Your previous performance is shown for every set. You know exactly what to beat without searching, and logging a set takes one tap.
Exercise
Find everything in one place: exercise instructions, workout history, personal records, estimated 1RM, and how your weights have progressed over time.
Progress
The monthly summary compares your performance with the previous month and highlights every new personal record. See at a glance whether your training is paying off.

FAQ
Yes. The core experience is free with no time limit. Premium unlocks advanced analytics and access to all ready-to-use programs. It’s optional and helps support Musku’s development.
Yes. Your workouts are saved locally and synced automatically when you’re back online. You can train without an internet connection.
If you enable sync in the settings, every completed workout is added to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. You can also sync body measurements: weight and body fat sync both ways, as does waist circumference on iPhone. Health Connect doesn’t support circumference data, so waist measurements remain in Musku on Android. Measurements imported this way are saved to your Musku account, just like measurements entered manually.
Yes, in one tap from the app settings. Everything is deleted: your workouts, statistics and account. The deletion is immediate and permanent.
Yes. Musku is available on Google Play and works on Android 8 and later. A few iPhone features don’t have an Android equivalent yet, such as Live Activities and the Apple Watch app, but the core Musku experience is the same.
Musku is built by an independent French developer. No investors, no ad networks: just an app dedicated to strength training.
