3. Nature of the service
Musku is a training log: the app records the workouts you enter, reports statistics back to you, and offers generic workout templates together with an exercise library published for information purposes.
Musku does not provide individual sports supervision or instruction within the meaning of article L.212-1 of the French Sports Code: no teaching, leading, supervising or training of practitioners. The workout templates offered are identical for every user and are not drawn up according to any individual's particular situation. The publisher is not a certified sports instructor and does not present himself as one.
Musku is not a medical, paramedical or dietetic service either. The information published on this site, on the blog and in the app is general information; it is not a diagnosis, a prescription or personal advice, and it does not replace consulting a healthcare professional or a qualified sports instructor.
4. Health warning
Strength training carries risks. Before starting or resuming training — especially if you have a health condition, an injury, pain, are pregnant or have been inactive for a long period — seek medical advice. Warm up, match the loads to your level, and stop any exercise that causes pain. Use of the app is at your own risk.

The website, the app, their code, design and contents (text, programs, exercise entries, illustrations, the Musku trademark) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Julien Legrand unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks and logos mentioned (Apple, App Store, Apple Health, Apple Watch, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Product Hunt, Instagram) belong to their respective owners.
6. Personal data and cookies
