Records, 1RM and progress charts

Your records, detected for you

In strength training, progress means beating what you've already done. Musku watches every set and tells you the moment it happens.

Records and estimated 1RM are free. Progress charts come with Premium.

Four ways to beat a record

  • max weight: the heaviest load lifted;
  • estimated 1RM: your theoretical one-rep max;
  • volume: load × reps on a single set;
  • max reps, for bodyweight and resistance bands.

For cardio, records track distance and time.

A trophy the moment it happens

The set that beats a record earns a gold trophy. Tap it to see the old record, the new one and the difference. The end-of-workout summary lists all of the day's records, ready to share.

Estimated 1RM, without maxing out

Musku applies the Epley formula, load × (1 + reps / 30), to your sets. You follow your maximal strength over time without ever loading the bar for a single rep.

Charts to see the trend

With Premium, every exercise has its charts: 1RM, max weight, volume, reps, and for cardio distance, speed and time, over 30 days, 3 months, 1 year or all time.
